The VP & Chief Compliance Officer plays a critical role in ensuring that the organization adheres to regulatory standards while promoting a culture of quality and safety. This position requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and effective communication skills to navigate the complexities of compliance in the behavioral health sector. Qualifications Academic Credentials: A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for a Master's degree. Certification: Professional certification in compliance (e.g., CHC) is preferred. Extensive Experience: A minimum of 15 years of experience is required, including at least 10 years in healthcare compliance and licensing. Leadership Expertise: Proven experience in compliance leadership and strategic risk management. Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of the healthcare regulatory and licensing framework.
