CON IT provides end-user support for hardware, mobile devices, and software related issues to the end user. Under general supervision, the qualified candidate will be the first line of support for investigating and resolving hardware, software, and network issues reported by users. This involves working closely with the CON IT team to diagnose problems, provide solutions, and ensuring timely resolution. Successful candidates will possess excellent computer and problem-solving skills with a strong customer service background. This position requires lifting and bending frequently. The selected candidate will work approximately 28 hours per week.
