You Are:

Retirement Sponsor Digital Channel Support Lead - Technology/Financial Services

The Work:

  • Provide production support for retirement industry applications based on web and services technologies

  • Individual contributor role to diagnose, triage and aid in troubleshooting for web-based retirement plan sponsor administrative tools and their interactions with an external user community and the respective backend retirement systems

  • Work with other production support individuals in peer organizations to manage and respond to issues in infrastructure, connectivity, identity management, content and data intake and/or delivery

  • Resolve user performance or usage complaints for functions in digital tools and interfaces for critical external client and internal business uses

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements

Here's what you need:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in retirement industry technology

  • Minimum 10 years of experience with web and services based applications

  • Minimum 10 years of experience with distributed systems and technologies

  • Minimum 3 years of experience performing production support responsibilities

  • Prior experience supporting the Financial Services Industry or related fields

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an associate degree with 6 years of work experience)

Bonus Points if:

  • You have retirement industry experience including remittance, contributions and other services like eligibility, vesting, hardship, etc.

  • You have experience working with business operations and client-facing applications

  • You have experience with solutions for retirement plan sponsors

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York or Washington as set forth below. New York/ New Jersey $87,400 to $266,300

Washington $100,500 to $245,000
