Instructor Skill Level 2 - Core/PBA Position Summary DarkStar Intelligence is seeking a Core/PBA Instructor to provide expert training support for mission-critical operations. This role involves developing and delivering technical training courses to ensure that operations personnel are fully equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their duties effectively. Location:Fort Meade, MD Schedule (FT/PT):Full-Time Travel Required:20% Shift:Day Remote Type:No Remote Security Clearance:Current TS/SCI Polygraph:Full Scope Poly (CI/CCA accepted) Primary Duties & Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement training processes, procedures, and course content to meet mission requirements efficiently and effectively. Deliver comprehensive training to ensure operations personnel gain the necessary knowledge to meet mission objectives and organizational standards. Possess expertise in analyzing and breaking down Digital Network Intelligence (DNI) or Dial Number Recognition (DNR) into fundamental components, with a clear understanding of underlying technologies and their functionality. Provide instruction for all SASMO courses, including development and updates to course materials. Support Mobile Training Teams (MTT) as needed for off-site instruction and training. Minimum Qualifications Current TS/SCI. Full Scope Poly (Counterintelligence (CI) or CCA Polygraphs are acceptable). Skill Level 2: Minimum of eight (8) years of cumulative experience in one or more of the following: SIGINT tradecraft and exploitation Convergence targeting SIGINT development Desired (but not required): Experience as an instructor in the relevant technical skill area.
