Collection Specialist (Must be Bilingual) *Shift: 1st, (Hours may Vary)* *Pay: $22-$24/hr (Based on Experience)* A Company is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish-English) Collections Specialist to join our team in a hybrid role. Job Description: Handle inbound/outbound calls with customers 30-120+ days delinquent Set up payment arrangements and resolve account issues Use skip tracing techniques Maintain clear and accurate account notes Communicate with customers via phone, email, and text Suggest loan modifications and work with the Collections Manager Consistently meet collection quality and productivity goals
