Primary Responsibilties: - Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support to senior management - Support the on-boarding of junior analysts by mentoring and assisting them - Track key performance indicators, prepare financial reports and sometimes present them - Create ad-hoc reports and perform financial analysis - Assist project teams with financial guidance - Review financial reporting and ensure data integrity to enable management decisions. - Ensure compliance with financial guidelines, company policies and regulations What You'll Bring Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in related field of study required 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance required Superior Excel skills required Experience in a role within a large healthcare organization strongly preferred Experience using Epic preferred Additional Skills and Abilities: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organization. Strong analytical and mathematical skills. Strong ability to work independently and manage one's time. Ability to analyze, consolidate, and interpret accounting data. Schedule and Work Model Full-time (40 hours) Monday through Friday, ET business hours Primarily remote with flexibility to attend on-site meetings as needed in Boston and/or Somerville.
