Job Description: We are seeking a motivated Engineering Technician Intern who is interested in electrical engineering and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have electrical experience and a keen interest in working in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities: * Create Wiring Tables: Develop wiring tables from engineering schematics to ensure accurate and efficient electrical connections. * Participate in Continuous Improvement (CI) Events: Engage in CI events to identify opportunities for cost and cycle time reduction. * Execute CI Actions: Implement actions from CI events to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs. * Work Instruction Creation: Develop clear and concise work instructions to guide manufacturing operations. * Time Study Completions: Conduct time studies to analyze and improve production processes. Qualifications: * Currently pursuing an engineering degree. * Strong interest in working in a manufacturing environment. * Ability to read and interpret engineering schematics. * Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Strong communication and teamwork skills.
