Description
This position is responsible for the overall management of processes and employees representing Wurth onsite at a customer location primarily in Decatur, IL and other multiple sites within ADM. The ADM Program Manager will be expected to manage the daily operational needs of the sites and will also manage onsite Inventory Management Representatives and manage materials data maintenance. Reporting, sourcing, quoting, deliveries both inbound and outbound will be expected daily responsibilities. The program manager will need to be familiar and possess the ability to navigate a wide variety of systems such as, but not limited to: SCALE, SAP, EXCEL, CRIBMASTER, COUPA Expectations of the Program Manager:

Salary: $120k-$140k annually Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and, in some instances, may include education, skills, work experience and certifications. You may also be eligible to participate in an annual incentive bonus.
