Job Title: Desktop Support
Description: We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support professional with a strong technical skills and excellent customer service skills. The ideal candidate will have: * Broad knowledge of Windows and Windows-based systems: Including Active Directory, PowerShell, Microsoft Office 365, MS Teams, OneDrive, security concepts, and Bomgar/RDP. * Advanced technical computer skills: Required for technical support specific to the functional area and related systems. * Experience with Service Now ticketing system: To efficiently manage and resolve support tickets. * Strong customer service orientation: Ensuring a positive experience for all users. * Adaptability and flexibility: To handle various technical issues and changes in the work environment. * Effective communication skills: Both verbal and written, to clearly convey technical information and solutions. Enterprise Required Skills: * Desktop support * Windows 10 * VMware Top Skills Details: * 2+ years of Desktop Support experience: Demonstrating proficiency in handling desktop-related issues. * Experience with Windows 10 and 11 OS: Ensuring smooth operation and troubleshooting of these operating systems. * M365 Troubleshooting: Including Office 365, MS Teams, and other related applications. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
