Brand Marketing Marketing

LHH is seeking a dynamic Brand Marketing Manager to join our Brand Strategy, Creative and Partnerships Center of Excellence. This role will help manage related brand communications strategy, creative development, production and execution, and help drive integration of the brand platform throughout the organization worldwide.

The Brand Manager will collaborate internally with key stakeholders and business lines across the organization and geographies, as well as with our internal and external creative and media partners, to ensure all brand related marketing and communications elements are executed with proper brand governance, strategic insight, creative standards, and align with strategic objectives.

The Brand Manager will lead, develop, and execute brand content and campaign processes with key stakeholders, managing timelines, project status, internal feedback and approvals, media and creative flowcharts, and related budgets. They will help drive strategic direction across core audiences and media channels, serve as an internal brand evangelist, and analyze and optimize campaigns and media programs. The successful candidate will be someone who understands both the art and science behind effective and impactful marketing campaigns, is a good communicator, and is comfortable in both an executional and strategic role.

In this role you can expect to

Key Accountabilities

  • Work with Global Head of Brand Strategy, Creative and Partnerships to oversee brand strategy, planning and creative execution of integrated offline and online brand communications/advertising that reinforce LHH's brand purpose and positioning, brand platform, and meet strategic objectives.
  • Lead, develop, and execute brand content and campaign processes, managing timelines, project status, internal feedback and approvals, media and creative flowcharts, and related budgets. Coordinate weekly status and team meeting updates related to Brand.
  • Write/collaborate on campaign and design briefs, participate in research, manage execution and production end-to-end, and provide thought leadership for process improvements.
  • Serve as a liaison with selected advertising agency partners for LHH - manage positive relationships, develop strategic briefs, manage timelines, and oversee execution of initiatives
  • Help maintain a current library of photo and video assets/DAM System, and ensure usage rights are reviewed regularly and kept up to date
  • Serve as an internal brand evangelist, representing the brand internally, educating and guiding internal business units and stakeholders on the benefits of building our brand and maintaining an integrated communications effort.
  • Plan, provide approvals and feedback for all aspects of related production, photo shoots, advertising and video shoots, etc.
  • Communicate to internal employees regarding new marketing initiatives as appropriate.
  • Analyze and optimize campaigns and programs in an intellectually honest manner with a focus on continuous improvement, collaborate and provide input on the development of result dashboards, scorecards, and reports on achieving our KPIs.

All About You

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3-5+ years of related and progressive experience, preferably with a B2B brand, an advertising agency, or other established brand.
  • Aptitude for creating and developing marketing briefs, integrated campaigns, creative and content - especially across social media and digital platforms/channels, online video, and website design/content
  • Passion for branding and marketing, keen creative eye, and attention to detail
  • Understanding of the production process, management of timelines, budget/cost management
  • Strong communication skills, with experience in fostering collaboration and driving results through others, while also being able to execute first-hand
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas into clear, compelling messages
  • Ability to leverage analytics, research, and data to inform decision making - including creative testing and/or monitoring tools
  • Organized and process driven, good at problem solving
  • Experience managing budgets, billing processes

Compensation: $85,000-$125,000 plus annual bonus opportunity.
Placement within this range is determined based on experience, geography, and other compensatory factors.
