Job Overview

The ERS Sales Administrative Coordinator is responsible for calling sales leads from the ERS SharePoint site, approximately 2,000 leads annually, with some requiring three or more calls to secure the sale or provide information to the customer. This position will generate work orders related to ERS including: Repair, Install, and PM orders; validate all ERS information which includes billing the customers as well as managing receivables. The coordinator will also log information on spreadsheets for work orders generation and ensure receivables are obtained from customer checks or credit card payments. Coordinators will also answer the ERS main line and resolve the needs of our customers. Additionally, the ERS Coordinator will assist customers with quotes on different items such as ice machines, air compressors, and water filtration

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Participates in selling/calling leads to generate incremental ERS sales and revenue increases
  • Handles invoicing, billing, and receivables of all ERS field service sales
  • Creates work orders for ERS, repair, install, and PM orders
  • Leads communication to customers, Sales, Equipment Services, and other business partners via phone/email
  • Performs other duties as assigned

  • Selling
  • MS Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  • Ability to analyze data
  • Good organizational skills

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Knowledge acquired through 1 to up to 3 years of work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct billing experience
  • Customer and/or lead management experience
  • Bi-lingual - Spanish
  • FSL or Salesforce Experience
  • SAP Experience
