We're looking for an organized, proactive Executive Communications Specialist to support the operational and strategic needs of Snowflake's Executive Communications team. This role will be essential in helping us scale our impact across the C-suite by managing logistics, coordinating messaging efforts, and ensuring tight execution behind the scenes. You'll provide direct support for key executive leaders-including our product executives and senior communicators-while playing a central role in streamlining team operations.

This is a great fit for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, is operationally excellent, and has a knack for both storytelling and systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Team Operations: Develop and maintain templates, briefing frameworks, and other tools that help drive consistency and scale across the team.

  • Product Executive Comms: Support briefing docs, messaging, and social strategy for Snowflake's product leaders; conduct research on speaking opportunities and industry moments.

  • Reporting & Team Insights: Own and maintain monthly and quarterly reporting for communications initiatives, highlighting progress, gaps, and wins.

  • Executive Operations: Coordinate executive participation, activity prioritization, and prep logistics for major company events

  • Executive Support: Provide communications support for key executives including talking points, messaging coordination, and event briefings.

ABOUT YOU:
  • 3-5 years of experience in communications, marketing operations, project coordination, or executive support-ideally within a tech company

  • Highly organized and process-oriented, with experience managing programs and reporting

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, can-do attitude

  • Confident working across multiple stakeholders, calendars, and competing priorities

  • Strong attention to detail and comfort with fast-changing environments

  • Familiarity with Snowflake's product portfolio or the enterprise technology landscape

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:

  • The estimated base salary range for this role is $94,000 - $124,900.
  • Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake's bonus and equity plan.

The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; 401(k) retirement plan; flexible spending & health savings account; at least 12 paid holidays; paid time off; parental leave; employee assistance program; and other company benefits.
