The position will be field based and require daily driving to oilfield locations and require weekly office meetings. The position applies basic skills to perform routine and complex operations using tools and equipment appropriate for the energy industry. Summary: The Water Resources Operator will operate, maintain, and build out water infrastructure projects to move, store and deliver water for all Diamondback's water needs efficiently and cost-effectively. The position will be field based and require daily driving to oilfield locations and require weekly office meetings. The position applies basic skills to perform routine and complex operations using tools and equipment appropriate for the energy industry. Job Description and Responsibilities:

* Ensure all activities comply with safety standards and regulations
* Precision in monitoring and managing water resources
* Perform lease maintenance by maintaining Pond liners / Fences / Pipelines / Weeds
* Provide maintenance and care for the company assigned vehicle
* Willing to work holidays / Weekends / Non-Schedule call outs
* Be self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills to address operational issues
* Prepare reports on water usage, distribution, and any operational issues
with programs like Spotfire/Excel/DSO/
* Schedule the work of personnel engaged in water distribution, maintenance, repair, and construction
* Understanding of water sources, treatment, and disposal processes
* Familiarity with Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems for monitoring and controlling water distribution
* Leak Detection: Ability to identify and address leaks in water systems
* Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and other project leaders within the company.
* Adhere to all safety and environmental policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or equivalent.
* Minimum 2-4 years of SWD, Pipeline, and Oil and Gas experience
* Valid state driver's license
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, primarily Excel and Outlook.
* Must be detailed oriented with the ability to multi-task with attention to accuracy.
