Description Acara Solutions is seeking an experienced Material Handler to support an electronic manufacturer in Fort Collins, CO. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude toward ensuring smooth material flow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What You'll Do Receive, count, and inspect incoming materials and verify against purchase orders. Accurately store and retrieve materials from designated locations. Deliver materials to internal departments and workstations as needed. Maintain inventory accuracy through routine cycle counts. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely. Collaborate with various departments to support production schedules and customer demands. Assist with packing, shipping, and documentation processes as required. What You'll Get Position Type: Full-time, temp to hire Salary: $20-22/hr. based on experience Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-3:30pm Voluntary overtime A supportive, team-focused work environment Job Requirements Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse or material handling role Proficient in basic computer use and inventory systems Strong attention to detail and time management skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods Preferred Qualifications Experience in a manufacturing or production environment Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) Current forklift certification Aleron companies (Acara Solutions, Aleron Shared Resources, Broadleaf Results, Lume Strategies, TalentRise, Viaduct) are Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employers.
