Description Acara solutions is looking for a Lab Technician Supervisor to work for our partner located in Phoenix, AZ who specializes in Mechanical/Electrical Systems. Here's what you'll get: Pay: $38.46/hr
Hours: 8am-5pm (flexible and as needed by engineer needs)

Job Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications:
This technician will work closely with manufacturing and engineering personnel to support existing product lines, trouble shoot processes, and devices that are non-conforming to existing requirements. Working as a bridge between an organization's engineering teams and its customers.
* 10+ years minimum overseeing testing lab and processes to ensure new applications work as intended and making sure the device continues to work properly after maintenance and testing
* 10+ years minimum developing, implement, and maintain laboratory protocols, SOPs, and safety procedures in compliance with regulatory and industry standards
* 10+ years minimum coordinating with other departments (R&D, QA/QC, Production, etc.) to support product development and production testing requirements.
* Implement effective solutions to minimize equipment downtime.
* 10+ years minimum of conducting performance tests to ensure the equipment is functioning properly.
* Deliver technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients and maintain strong relationships with clients.
* Communication skills to provide instructions to all parties included in the project and answer all questions a customer may have on how the system works
* Act as Engineering liaison on design reviews and investigate and resolve technical issues throughout the build or customer centric needs and provide solutions to internal/external customers.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
10+ years of relevant work experience
Bachelor's degree in STEM or a related scientific field is a plus.
10+ years minimum of Creating/Implement GMP (Good Manufacturing Methods) with assemblies and manufacturing process.
Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands.
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
