Job Description

The Insurance Product Management Lead Consultant is responsible for the overall financial and health of the product(s) and contributes to achieving profit and growth targets for an insurance product(s). This job will provide expertise to make or evaluate recommendations on initiatives.
  • Work directly with stakeholders and cross functional AORs including marketing, sales and field product organization to align on strategies and execution methods
  • Responsible for seeking out resolutions to barriers
  • Determine or execute operational parameters to get new products/projects implemented
  • Support Product Management Leaders in the creation of communication plans, product development and recommendations to solve product or implementation issues
  • Manage / perform complex work assignments and problem resolution across systems, processes or channels and navigate obstacles to deliver the work product
  • Contribute to the achievement of short and long-term strategies to achieve market share growth and profitability targets on a countrywide basis
  • Design and support innovations in all aspects of the product development lifecycle
  • Leverage expertise to provide recommendations to leaders on initiatives and strategic fit
  • Perform appropriate analysis (e.g. competitor, product, market, risk management, financial) to gain competitive advantage from a countrywide view
  • Measure and communicate results; make recommendations to leaders on redirection opportunities of efforts
  • Execute strategies to ensure the integration and execution of product, pricing and risk management for countrywide usage
Education

* 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)

Experience

* 5 or more years of experience (Preferred)

Supervisory Responsibilities

* This job does not have supervisory duties.

Education & Experience (in lieu)

* In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is $85,600.00 - 152,650.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.

The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
