Sigma Defense is seeking a Requirements Manager to provide management and assistance to ensure Government program manager(s) maintain cross-functional awareness of enterprise-wide ISR requirements. The chosen candidate will engage with counterparts on-site and remotely in Combatant Commands (USSOCOM, USCENTCOM, USPACOM, USEUCOM), Uniformed Services Headquarters staff and units, and Office of the Secretary of Defense offices to facilitate requirement determination, documentation, approval and execution.

Requirements
  • 7+ years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to provide management and assistance to ensure Government program manager(s) maintain cross-functional awareness of enterprise-wide ISR requirements.
  • Experience with GFEBS, VCE PCF, PD2, and PIEE.

Essential Job Duties (not all-inclusive):

  • Support identification, modification, development, understanding, and staffing of developing and existing policies and support these activities, conducts analysis of intelligence products, services, requirements and policies.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in an unspecified field of study.

Personnel Clearance Level:

  • Candidate must possess or have the ability to obtain an active TS/SCI security clearance or higher.
  • Clearance will be sponsored for the right candidate.

Salary: $160,000 annually.
