Pyxis Manager

General Summary of Position
the Pyxis Manager will ensure that the system is functional and operational, Key individual is responsible for planning and execution of Pyxis system. Responsible for training Pharmacists on pyxis system utilization in all facets of system scope. The Analyst will advise and participate with the hospital management team and assist clients with prioritization and planning. Position develops implements and supports software applications. Systems include on-site, remote access and links to other outside service receivers. This position assists in identifying problems and facilitating solutions, and is expected to demonstrate thorough knowledge and expertise in work areas.

Education

• High School Diploma or GED required

Licenses and Certifications

• PHRMTECH-R - Registered Pharmacy Technician with the Maryland Board of Pharmacy required
• PTCB - Pharmacy Technician Certification Board required
