Summary of Position

The Marketing Coordinator will support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives for Curium's oncology and urology radiopharmaceutical portfolio. Reporting to the VP Marketing, this role coordinates promotional tactics, manages budgets, and liaises with crossfunctional teams (Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, Legal) to drive brand engagement, ensure compliance, and contribute to market growth.

Work Schedule: Mon - Fri 8am-5pm

Essential Functions

  • Coordinate the creation of marketing materials (print, digital, events) and manage the promotional review process in collaboration with Medical, Legal, and Regulatory teams to ensure 100% compliance.
  • Oversee project timelines, track A&P spend, and manage vendor relationships to deliver ontime, onbudget execution of campaigns and congress activities.
  • Assist the Senior VP of Commercial in the development and coordination of slide presentations for internal and external audiences.
  • Plan and support internal and external events-advisory boards, speaker programs, congresses-handling logistics, speaker management, and compliance tracking.
  • Maintain project documentation, ensure adherence to corporate brand guidelines and SOPs, and support continuous process improvement initiatives.

Requirements and Competencies

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of marketing coordination or related experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industries, with exposure to oncology and/or urology portfolios.
  • Proven organizational, project management and budgettracking abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication, with experience working crossfunctionally and with external agencies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint; familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems preferred
  • Detail-oriented, analytical mindset with ability to synthesize data into clear insights and recommendations, including familiarity with customer relationship management, digital marketing, and performance tools and dashboards
  • Understanding of pharmaceutical promotional regulations (FDA, EMA) and experience navigating medical/legal review processes.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% for congresses, advisory boards, and stakeholder meetings.

  • Standard office environment, based in St. Louis Westport Plaza office.

  • Flexibility to work outside regular business hours as needed for events, launches, or deadlines.
