This position reports to

IS Department Manager - IAM Operations

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible to bridges the gap between the technical environment and the business by gathering requirements and using data analytics to assess processes and outline problems, opportunities, and solutions, to support decisions for new or changed IS solutions/services.
The work model for the role is Hybrid #LI-Hybrid
This role is contributing to the Core IS Services.
You will be mainly accountable for:
* Co-develops and supports the governance process for IAM solution demand and delivery across the enterprise.
* Provides expert consultancy activities to stakeholders across ABB businesses and functions, ensuring alignment to IAM/IGA best practices.
* Maintains a customer-centric, value-driven approach - identifying business opportunities, benefits, and advocating for scalable, user-friendly solutions.
* Collaborates with Architecture teams to evaluate complex use cases and recommend optimal IAM/IGA solutions.
* Balances lean, simplified processes with customer experience and compliance, ensuring tailored, secure, and seamless IAM/IGA journeys

Qualifications for the role
  • Bachelor's or master's Degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Engineering, Math or similar, alternatively a degree in Management or similar.
  • 8+ years of experience in overall IT, including 3+ years in Business Analysis, Process Analysis, Product Management or similar.
  • Aligning between IGA, CIAM and UAM areas of IAM, thorough understanding of whole IAM field (including not only impact on UAM or IS application and project lifecycle, but even work efficiency in ABB factories).
  • ITIL 4.0 Foundation must have.
  • Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) level I or II
  • Good to have IIBA Certification (ECBA/CCBA/CCBA/AAC/CBDA/CCA/CPOA.
  • Good Communication & leadership skills.
