Tutoring Operations Intern

What We Seek

Our Content & Tutoring Support team is looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented student with a strong interest in education, content organization, and quality assurance. This part-time internship is ideal for someone who is passionate about improving instructional materials, ensuring high-quality tutoring resources, and supporting content development initiatives.

As a Tutoring Operations Intern, you will work closely with the Director of Content Management, Content Team, Tutor Engagement Coordinator, and other key stakeholders to organize, review, and enhance tutoring materials. You will play a critical role in maintaining a well-structured content repository, conducting quality assurance checks, tracking data related to content effectiveness, and assisting in administrative tasks that support tutor training and curriculum updates.

In this position, you will gain hands-on experience in educational content management, data tracking, and quality assurance while contributing to the improvement of tutoring resources used by students and tutors nationwide.

What Your Day Will Look Like

Content Management & Organization



  • Assist in organizing and maintaining a content repository for tutoring materials, ensuring all resources are up-to-date and properly labeled.
  • Format, proofread, and standardize tutoring resources to align with department guidelines.



Quality Assurance & Content Review



  • Conduct routine checks on tutoring materials to identify inconsistencies, errors, or outdated content.
  • Help cross-check assessments, lesson plans, and other content for accuracy and clarity.
  • Gather and organize tutor and student feedback on materials to identify areas for improvement.



Data Tracking & Reporting



  • Maintain an organized system for tracking content revisions, updates, and approvals.
  • Input and manage content-related data in spreadsheets or internal tracking systems.
  • Assist in compiling reports on content usage, effectiveness, and areas needing improvement.
  • Document trends in tutor engagement with tutoring resources. (Content Feedback Form)



Administrative Support for Training & Development



  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating training sessions for tutors on new materials or curriculum updates.
  • Organize tutor feedback surveys and compile insights for content improvement.
  • Support with administrative tasks related to training logistics.



General Administrative Assistance



  • Ensure all content files are properly stored and accessible to relevant team members.
  • Help with department communication, including drafting emails and preparing documents.
  • Assist in managing project timelines for content development and updates.

  • Strong organization & attention to detail for managing and reviewing content.
  • Effective written & verbal communication for proofreading and formatting materials.
  • Analytical & technical skills with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and data tracking.
  • Collaborative & adaptable in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
