The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for providing analytic and project support to the Supply Chain Management team. They will mine data, monitor and track results, provide analysis, and develop reports and charts to communicate findings clearly and effectively. The analyst will collaborate closely with the Supply & Demand Planning teams to develop next-generation reporting tools. This role requires the ability to design and automate dashboards, synthesize large datasets into actionable recommendations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This role will also partner with IT and Business Intelligence teams to enhance data infrastructure and reporting capabilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in an analytical function, strong attention to detail, and demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively across all functions. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: * Run Daily, Weekly, and Monthly reports to drive decision making and efficiencies * Business Intelligence SME for the Supply Chain Planning team * Maintain accuracy of planning data in ERP & PBI * Prepare and present analysis clearly to team members, internal and external customers * Provide project support * Assist in improving planning processes and systems * Improve the customer experience through data insights * Routinely interact with internal and external customers EDUCATION: * Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Operations, Economics, Statistics, or Finance preferred QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: * 1+ year experience in an analytical role * Business Intelligence experience, Cognos preferred * Intermediate/Advanced Excel (Vlookups, Sumif, Pivot Tables/Charts) * Intermediate PBI experience is a plus * Ability to manipulate and analyze large amounts of data * Ability to monitor own work to ensure the accuracy and quality of the data and reports. * Problem Solving/Analysis * Strategic Thinking * Business Acumen *PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk, talk, and/or hear.
