What you will be doing:
- Provides recommendations for strategic marketing direction and omni-channel campaign strategy, execution and optimization.
- Works on the planning, budget and implementation of outside vendors supplying services or materials in support of marketing programs.
- Implements and recommends to senior management key content to drive lead generation and sales enablement to achieve bookings growth.
- Lead projects specifically for the below areas:
Tradeshows
- Works on the planning, budget and implementation of the tradeshow calendar in partnership with the sales and events team and provides improvement recommendations.
- Plans and executes marketing and communications for events to both internal and external audiences.
- Defines reporting and measurement to determine the effectiveness of programs and recommends actions for optimization.
Digital Media
- Works with the brand and creative teams to plan and deliver demand generation content for digital advertising, paid search, organic and paid social media placements, webinars, and sponsorships.
- Implements and recommends to senior management on key content to drive lead generation and sales enablement to achieve bookings growth.
- Evaluates and optimizes marketing mix to improve productivity, optimize ROI and decrease effort and cost of customer acquisition.
Buying Groups & Associations (BGA)
- Manages relationships with all Buying Group & Association (BGA) partners.
- Works with manager/procurement to negotiate and administrate contracts, assess new and existing partnerships and maintain membership lists.
- Determine marketing and promotional opportunities within these groups and deliver industry-relevant content.

- Strong writing, proofreading and editing skills
- Strong project management skills
- Demonstrated interest and ability to learn technology quickly
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
What could set you apart:
- 5+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
- 2+ years of specialized/industry experience
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field (or equivalent experience)
