POSITION SUMMARY:

River Oaks Hospital is seeking a dynamic and talented Business Development Representative to serves as the liaison between the facilities, the community, and referring agencies to increase awareness of the hospital's specialized treatment programs to professionals across the United States, this is a Remote position. The Business Development Representative is directly responsible for creating demand for the facility's services through the effective application of ethical marketing principles and sales methods. Key objectives will be to inform, educate, and communicate our programs and services to those who treat Eating Disorders, trauma, Active Military and Veterans.

In collaboration with the Director of Business Development and the Business Development Team, the Business Development Representative presents a positive and professional public image of the facility within the community. The Business Development Representative is responsible for implementing the facility's strategic sales plan, enhancing the facility's brand/image, effectively managing their assigned territory and accounts, and works to achieve departmental and facility business development goals. The Business Development Representative must be able to demonstrate tact, resourcefulness, patience and dedication in a fast-paced environment. In conjunction with community resources, he/she contributes to the maintenance of relationships with outside agencies, private practitioners, insurers and family members. Participate in county and regional meetings of the public mental health providers. Performs duties in accordance with the facility's mission, values, policies, and behavioral standards.

River Oaks Hospital is seeking a dynamic and talented Social Worker/Therapist. Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to providing clinical social work expertise to hospital wide programs; deliver social services in assigned areas according to patient needs, adhere to standards of patient quality care and work as a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team and within guidelines set by the Social Services Department and the individual unit Program Director.
