We are currently seeking an exceptional SIOP Analyst here at Incora.

As the SIOP Analyst must be able to access, analyze, and validate data, ensuring that all inputs and outputs to the SIOP business processes are accurate and in accordance with agreed policies and processes. Review and make recommendations to related policies including assessments. Primary focus on mid-contract inventory build, with a focus on contractual liability and stock availability by mitigating cost impact to Incora.

Key Activities will include:

  • To run canned and custom liability reports and has ability to present out to customer facing teams
  • Create customer specific root-cause analysis presentations regarding ownership of excess inventory and standardized SIOP customer metrics
  • Assist with data integrity, validation, reporting and implementation across multiple ERP systems
  • Track actions to enable driving accountability across multiple functions

About You:

  • Education to Degree level essential.
  • Supply Chain experience desirable.
  • Some experience of working on a project or changing management is desirable.

About the role:

  • Create customer data analysis / reporting to identify key themes, trends and opportunities. Make recommendations to improve performance and mitigate costs.
  • Track actions to optimize inventory (availability v excess), mitigating cost impact to Incora.
  • Design, calculate and report standardized SIOP KPI's to ensure that the business has accurate and timely data to base decisions upon.
  • Create, undertake and review with internal / external customers reports and trend analysis to identify potential issues. Ensure appropriate preventative and improvement action can be undertaken to achieve objectives and identify cost improvements.
  • Ability to create, standardize and present data findings to drive the successful sale of liability inventory.
  • Undertake Root Cause Analysis, contributing to and/or implementing the associated corrective action activity, identifying reasons for process or objective failures to ensure future prevention and improvement.
  • Maintain, update and improve data systems and processes to improve efficiency and data integrity.
  • Participation in improvement activities at department/company level to enhance business performance.
  • Comply with all relevant internal rules, policy and procedures, including those relating to Health and Safety, Data Protection and all those contained within the issued Employee Handbook and Policies and Procedures Manual.
  • Undertake other duties and tasks that may be allocated that are appropriate to the job.

More About You:

  • Some experience in the use of planning systems.
  • Experience working in customer-facing environments would be desirable.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities from various customers.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to transfer detailed analysis output into clear and concise recommendations to the customers and business.
  • Ability to influence across sales functions and customer bases.
