Job Title: Warehouse Driver

Summary Under the direction of the Warehouse Supervisor, performs duties related to receiving and shipping and material handling. Verifies merchandise and organizes distribution. Accurately prepares related shipping documentation and can pack to ensure that product arrives to its destination in a safe manner.

Starting Wage: $19.00

We offer a 3rd shift differential of $3.00 per hour.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. At ANBM, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.




  • Accurately review and receive incoming products.
  • Accurately distribute all products safely and efficiently to all departments.
  • Must safely distribute product from one location to another by effectively operating a sit-down Fork-Lift, Electric Pallet Jack, or a manual Pallet Jack.
  • Ascertain the quality and quantity of incoming or outgoing products to ensure that we are receiving what we are paying for and that we are shipping what our customers are paying for.
  • Load and unload trucks in a manner that promotes safety and a sound quality product.
  • Ensure the product arrives at its intended destination safely and in good condition.
  • Apply principles of 5S to assigned areas so everything is organized, clean, and safe.
  • Follow all company rules and regulations related to environmental, health, and safety.


Education and/or Experience




  • Must possess a valid Driver's License
  • General knowledge of material handling, inventory, and quality control practices such as FIFO and lot traceability.
  • Skilled at driving powered industrial trucks by moving levers and pressing pedals.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
  • Read, write, and verbally communicate in English to convey information effectively so others will understand.
  • A minimum of 1 year driving a fork-lift truck is desired. Must be able to become forklift certified within our environment.
  • Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote safety, health, and environment protection practices within the workplace.
  • Able to consistently meet job attendance requirements.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Bump caps, steel toe safety shoes, and safety glasses are required in all production areas. Hearing protection is encouraged and may be required in specific areas.

Physical Demands




  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to moving mechanical parts; hazards common to industrial settings; chemicals, vibration, and loud noises.
  • Jobs on the production floor require a minimum 40-hour workweek. Overtime may be required.
  • The pace of work is steady and fast.
  • Employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear.
  • Must be able to safely mount and dismount forklift and operate foot and hand pedals.
  • The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • This position requires sufficient vision to see details at close range, so the person can pass an inspection test of finished parts and components.


  • Able to work in plant environment requiring use of personal protection: bump cap, safety glasses, hearing protection, steel or composite toed shoes. Able to walk and stand on concrete most of the shift. Able to work with regular exposure to moving and mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and vibrations.
