Location: William Booth Center (811 Maynard Ave S, Seattle, WA 98134) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm Pay: $80,000/year Status: Regular Full-Time/Exempt The Assistant Director administers and provides operational oversight to all William Booth Center (WBC) programs under the purview of The Salvation Army. The Assistant Director coordinates the operations of component departments through active interaction with program managers; analyzes contract content and compliance, analyzes training needs, promotes and coordinates training and development programs to improve individual and organizational performance; and is responsible for managing the operational program budget in close coordination with the positions supervised. Additionally, they will seek opportunities for funding development, communicate with existing and potential donors, host program tours, and make funding presentations. Duties & Responsibilities
