  • Serve as a creative advisor during strategy sessions, kickoffs, and key client pursuits.
  • Align internal stakeholders around creative direction, timelines, and expectations.

Project Oversight & Execution

  • Oversee the production of sales proposals, presentations, digital assets, and multimedia deliverables from concept through final delivery.
  • Prioritize projects and allocate resources based on business value, complexity, and deadlines.
  • Review and approve high-impact creative content, ensuring visual excellence and narrative cohesion.

Innovation & Process Optimization

  • Champion process improvements across workflow, approvals, and asset management to enhance efficiency and output quality.
  • Promote consistency in file organization, naming conventions, and brand asset usage across the team.
Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience leading a creative team in a deadline-driven, collaborative environment.
  • Proven success managing high-visibility creative projects across media (print, digital, presentation, video).
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft PowerPoint; familiarity with collaboration tools such as Teams and Smartsheet.
