Assemble a variety of different electrical components: Responsibilities: Assemble harnesses, cables, switch panels, circuit boards and a variety of different electrical components Close attention to detail Meet standards of safety and 5S Promote use and applications of Lean Manufacturing continuous improvement tools as part of the culture Meet standards of safety and 5S Be compliant with the rules of conduct and attendance per company policy Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships. Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned. Requirements (education, experience, travel, physical, work environment): High School diploma or equivalent, technical training preferred Preferred 0-1-year experience in harness assembly or similar experience Fundamental use of various pneumatic and power tools, drills, screw guns Must be able to interpret engineering drawing and electrical schematics Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Ability to read, write comprehend and verbally communicate simple instructions, short correspondence Ability to read and use a linear and other measuring devises Ability to recognize quality expected and be able to reproduce it Physical Demands: Thy physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This is based on meeting all of the requirements of the role. The base pay offered for the role may vary depending on the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
