Production Team Member

What You'll Do:

• Work as part of a fast-paced production line to support the assembly of vehicles and components
• Operate tools and machinery safely and efficiently
• Follow detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures
• Collaborate with teams across departments, including Engineering and Quality
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Perform hands-on physical tasks: lifting (up to 50 lbs), twisting, standing for long periods, and repetitive motions
• Identify and report process improvements
• Strictly follow all safety standards, including PPE usage
• Support production needs across shifts as required

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Able to work both AM and PM shifts if needed (flexibility required)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout shift
• Must be dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality
• Previous experience in an automotive or large-scale manufacturing environment
