Growing organic food manufacturer is looking for an HR Assistant. The HR Assistant would be responsible for supporting the recruiting team with sourcing candidates for their open positions. This position would be leading sourcing efforts and focused on the talent identification and engagement aspect of the recruiting process. You would be proactively searching for qualified candidates through various online platforms and networks, building and maintaining candidate pipelines and collaborating with hiring managers and recruiters. This position is anticipated to start immediately and would be thru September. Hours are M-F 8am-5pm and would require being at the Ayer office.
