*Description*
Client is currently ramping up their Operations organization to support the incoming influx of new Financial Advisor onboardings. These individuals will be responsible for assisting incoming FAs and Branch Associates with the New Accounts opening process which will include assisting with opening new accounts, ensuring that all compliance/regulatory items are in line for new account openings, providing white-glove service via email/Teams/phone for inquiries, and more. Responsibilities: -Establish new client accounts by utilizing industry registration, compliance, and regulatory standards -Via department workflows, enforces documentation requirements of clients and accounts to meet industry policies and regulations including AML (Anti Money Laundering) and KYC (Know Your Client) -Answer calls and inquiries from financial advisors (FAs) and sales assistants (SAs) related to account opening and maintenance -Processes various basic department related reports and contact FAs and SAs to resolve account issues -Reviews standard issues, analyzes/interprets data and determines appropriate corrective action -Participates in high-learning culture where on-the-job training is prevalent -Assist other areas of the department with various functions when volume is high -Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned *Skills* Banking Operations, Operations analysis, customer service, Compliance, risk analysis *Additional Skills & Qualifications* To qualify for the $60k pay rate, candidates must have FINRA licensing (SIE, Series 7) in addition to specific brokerage operations experience. -College degree preferred but not required. *Experience Level* Entry-Intermediate Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $26.44 - $28.85/hr.
