As a full time, exempt, Health System Director of Pharmacy with CPS Solutions, LLC at Holly Hill Hospital, you will oversee all pharmacy operations including planning, organizing, controlling, and supervising activities, according to hospital policies, standards of practice of the profession, and state and federal laws at all locations. You will recommend innovations in the practice and function of the pharmacy to hospital administration and carry out mutually agreed upon programs with assistance from a full support team. You will assist with the security of the pharmacies and controlled substances, assist in recruitment and hiring of pharmacy staff, ensure all legal, accreditation, and certification requirements are being met, ensure provision of optimal services, and oversee Directors of Pharmacy and other pharmacy personnel to enhance financial performance.

Schedule:This position works at least 40 hours per week, primarily Monday-Friday day shift.

Starting Pay: $160,000 plus bonus, based on experience.

About the Facility: Holly Hill Hospital-South Campus is a Joint Commission accredited 64-bed behavioral health hospital located in the Raleigh North Carolina. This facility provides inpatient services for adults facing mental health and addiction challenges. Services include inpatient mental health and addiction treatment for ages 18 and up with adult mood disorders, panic and anxiety, bipolar and personality disorders, PTSD and trauma, grief and loss, depression, suicidal thoughts, schizophrenia and substance abuse/chemical dependency. Holly Hill also operates 2 other nearby hospitals for which you will have pharmacy leadership and oversight responsibility. CPS Solutions, LLC has partnered with the hospital to manage theday-to-dayoperations of this pharmacy. This position is an employee of CPS Solutions, LLC.

About the Pharmacy:The Holly Hill South campus pharmacy is currently open Monday through Sunday 8:00am to 2:00pm. These hours may be modified in the future. The hospitals utilize HCS as their computerized order entry, pharmacy and medication administration system with medDispense automated dispensing cabinets. There will be a change to Omnicell dispensing cabinets in the coming months.

Required Qualifications:

• Pharmacy degree (BS or PharmD) from an ACPE accredited school of pharmacy; PharmD preferred
• Current North Carolina Pharmacist license in good standing
• 3+ years of recent Pharmacy Director experience in a healthcare system
• At least 5+ years experience as a Pharmacist in an acute care hospital setting

Required Knowledge/Skills:

• Thorough knowledge of state and federal laws and regulations governing pharmacy services. Proficient in the use and application of new medications and technology
• Leadership, administrative, human resource, and managerial skills required
• Demonstrated ability to effectively participate on interdisciplinary teams and committees
• Business acumen including profit/loss understanding, contract negotiations, and GPO function
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of pathophysiology, interpretation of diagnostic criteria, pharmacokinetics and pharmacotherapeutics
• Problem solving and analytical thinking ability

Hospital Requirements:

• (PPD) TB Skin Test - Proof ofnegativeTB skin test within thelast 12 months
