The Business Process Engineer II will directly support client delivery with a focus on demonstrating value and impact delivered. This position supports the analysis, documentation, and improvement of clinical workflows impacted by Electronic Health Record (EHR) deployments within the Joint Operational Medical Information System (JOMIS). The role focuses on optimizing workflows between medical waiver, profiling, and readiness processes, ensuring they are streamlined and integrated across clinical and operational systems. This role also involves collaborating with clinical and technical teams to identify inefficiencies, standardize processes, and align outcomes with organizational and readiness goals. Type of Employment: Full-time, W2 Work Location/Travel: Remote with up to 25% travel to Navy installations, military treatment facilities, or government offices; relocation not required Salary Range: $100,000 - $125,000 annually (W2, based on education, experience, and geographic location) Role Reports to: Project Manager Direct Reports: This role has no direct reports Responsibilities:
