THE JOB:

The Count Team Clerk at MGM Springfield plays a vital role in ensuring the accurate collection and processing of currency from various gaming areas such as Table Games, Slot Machines, Poker Tables, and Kiosks, adhering to regulatory standards. This position requires meticulous attention to detail to document all counts properly, supporting compliance and reporting for gaming operations. The role offers an engaging opportunity to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to maintaining integrity and efficiency in casino cash handling processes.

THE STARTING RATE: $16.75 per hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Collection of cash, tickets and tokens from each slot machine, cashless wagering kiosk, parking kiosk, satellite banking kiosk, arcade games and any other machine or revenue area as instructed and appropriate
• Effectively perform the functions of counting, sorting, strapping, racking, transporting, and recording of all funds in the count operation
• Maintain proficiency in operation of all programs and equipment used in the drop and count process
• Produce and maintain accurate count team data

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be 18 years of age
• Can lift up to 40lbs
