We are seeking a skilled and passionate Baker to join our pastry team at Eataly. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of baked goods to meet our high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, and a dedication to delivering fresh, delicious products daily. THE STARTING RATE:$23.0911 hourly
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Prepare dishes, follow recipe and yield guides Maintain solid menu knowledge and attention to detail with plate presentation Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas Ensure all requisitions are processed properly and placed in designated area Properly label and date products to ensure safekeeping and sanitation Set-up and break down work station Regularly runs for food and restock all kitchen supplies and food items required for service Communicate, direct and assist management, chef and service staff in order to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by guests and employees
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent 1 Year or more of prior relevant baking experience Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
