Job Overview

Join our Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis team as a Manager of Financial Analysis, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's financial future.

This dynamic position involves working closely with the VP of Financial Analysis to consolidate and scrutinize our monthly financial forecasts and annual operating plans. You'll engage directly with business segment finance teams and deliver critical analytics that influence decisions at the executive level.

A Day In The Life

Key Responsibilities



  • Generate and refine financial reports and presentations on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Utilize OneStream to create powerful, insightful analytics.
  • Analyze variances, decode trends, and present the narratives behind the numbers during management meetings.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness in quarterly forecasts and IVA submissions.
  • Collaborate with segment finance teams on annual and quarterly planning.
  • Enhance the communication of financial data to stakeholders with non-financial backgrounds.
  • Support the Controllership Team with essential data for external reporting.
  • Streamline and automate FP&A tasks to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Continuously improve financial reporting processes and tools.
  • Craft and review executive presentations and work closely with the financial systems team to enhance forecasting accuracy.
  • Manage and mentor a team of finance rotational staff and summer interns.
  • Minimal travel required (5-10%) to other company locations.

What will help you thrive in this role?

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA preferred.
  • At least 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
  • Expertise in building analytical models and tools, with advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Experience with OneStream, HFM, and Power BI is advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint.
