Champaign-Urbana Public Health District IPLAN SPECIALIST The Champaign-Urbana Public Health District (CUPHD) is seeking a part-time (28-hour week) IPLAN Specialist to lead and coordinate the Illinois Project for Local Assessment of Needs (IPLAN) within CUPHD. This position plays a critical role in fulfilling CUPHD's obligations under the Illinois Administrative Code Section 600.400 by guiding the community health assessment and planning process for Champaign County every three to five years. The IPLAN Coordinator ensures that the assessment and planning activities adhere to the Mobilizing for Action through Planning and Partnerships (MAPP 2.0) model and align with the core functions of public health. MAPP 2.0 enables communities to identify health priorities, develop effective strategies, and mobilize partnerships to improve community health outcomes, empowering communities to create sustainable and equitable solutions for the well-being of their populations. The expected starting hourly pay is $27.53/hr. Full hourly pay for a Class 7 IPLAN Specialist is $27.53 - $37.16 for a 28-hour week.
