Job Title: Multi-State Off Highway Equipment Sales Representative

Looking for an exciting and rewarding career? We are seeking a motivated and results driven Off Highway Equipment Sales Representative to cover a multi-state territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, promoting and selling a wide range of off-highway equipment, and working with the off-highway Team to develop a strong business and achieve regional sales goals. This regional sales role requires a self-starter with excellent communication skills, a general understanding of the construction and off-highway equipment industry, and the ability to thrive in a field-based position. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and managing sales for parts, service, equipment, as well as equipment rentals. Position responsibilities:
Parts & Service Sales:
- Drive sales of parts and service solutions for off-highway equipment, diesel engines and transmissions.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate parts, services, and solutions to maximize equipment performance.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to increase satisfaction and repeat business.
New & Used Equipment Sales:
- Manage and promote sales of new and used construction equipment to include Wheel Loaders, Dozers, Excavators, Material Handlers, Mobile Generators, Air Compressors and Pumps.
- Provide detailed product information, conduct demonstrations, and facilitate equipment sales and solutions.
- Look for creative ways to add value and position our products in a variety of markets.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Develop and manage a portfolio of customers, actively seeking out new opportunities while maintaining existing relationships.
- Use Interstate Power Systems sales tools to develop customer profiles, track sales activity, and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the parts and service departments to ensure customer requests are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal teams to track order fulfillment, service completion, and inventory levels.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in parts, service and equipment industries.
- General knowledge of off-highway equipment and accessories.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
