Your opportunity New Relic is seeking an exceptional Chief of Staff (CoS) to work directly with our Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and executive leadership team. This is a highly strategic and execution-oriented role for a leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about driving hyper-growth, innovation, and organizational excellence. As Chief of Staff, you will be a trusted advisor and thought partner to our CEO, helping to sharpen strategic vision, accelerate decision-making and execution, drive transparency and accountability, and ensure the entire leadership team is aligned and operating at its highest potential. You will play a critical role in orchestrating New Relic's operating rhythms, translating strategic priorities into action, and ensuring we stay true to our mission, values, and culture as we scale. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related factors such as an applicant's skills, qualifications, and experience.
