Sr. Accountant | M&A

Your journey as a Senior Accountant, M&A at Epicor starts here. You will play a key role in our General Accounting function, with particular focus on M&A activities, financial reporting, and process improvement. You will manage complex accounting responsibilities including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals. We are seeking applicants with attention to detail, innovative automation solutions, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic financial environment.

• Support M&A accounting activities including due diligence, integration, and post-acquisition accounting
• Execute financial close processes including journal entries, account reconciliations, and accruals
• Prepare and analyze financial data for management reporting
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting issues and support business initiatives
• Assist with internal and external audit requirements
• Develop and maintain thorough documentation of accounting processes and controls

• Experience in supporting M&A activities, including due diligence and integration
• Proficiency in executing financial close processes (journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals)
• Strong analytical skills for preparing and analyzing financial data
• Ability to identify and implement automation solutions
• Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of audit processes and requirements
• Excellent documentation skills for accounting processes and controls

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably with M&A accounting and integration processes
• Advanced Excel skills with ability to create automation solutions
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
