Maintenance Coordinator

Staffmark is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Coordinator to support operations at a growing vacation rental company in Campton, KY. If you're a hands-on leader with a background in property maintenance and a drive for excellence, we want to hear from you!

Pay: $18 - $20 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule:

• Full-time | 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Days off vary (Monday-Sunday)
• Some after-hours work required | On-call rotation for emergencies

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians across several cabin properties
• Prioritize, assign, and track work orders using EZCare or similar software
• Perform and oversee a variety of maintenance tasks including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and general construction
• Conduct property inspections and execute preventative maintenance routines
• Identify and recommend upgrades that improve the guest experience and protect property value
• Track and document work using spreadsheets and reporting tools
• Communicate with guest services and operations regarding urgent repairs
• Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors as needed
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours maintenance issues
• Proactively address issues before they become guest complaints

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in residential or light commercial construction
• 1+ year of supervisory or team leadership experience
• Experience in property management or hospitality maintenance is a plus
• Proficient with Excel, Google Sheets, and work order software like EZCare
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor and uneven terrain
