Equipment Operator

Staffmark is currently hiring an experienced Equipment Operator to join a leading facility in Grove City, OH. If you have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Pay Rate: $17.40/hr

Shift: 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM | (Monday-Friday)

As an Equipment Operator, you'll play a vital role in warehouse operations by safely moving finished products for shipping or storage, staging materials for production, and maintaining inventory accuracy. You'll also ensure the Manufacturing Department is supplied with necessary materials and help manage the storage and racking of unused supplies.

Responsibilities:

• Operate sit-down forklifts, reach trucks, and cherry pickers
• Move, stage, and store products for shipping or production use
• Maintain accurate inventory records and item locations
• Adhere to safety standards and procedures at all times
• Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2-3 years of experience operating forklifts and material handling equipment
• Proficiency with sit-down forklifts, reach trucks, and cherry pickers is required
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
• Basic inventory management and problem-solving skills
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the shift
