Responsibilities:

Reporting to Director, NA MU Controlling

• Actively participate, with North America Controlling Teams as well as X-Functional teams, in the development and implementation of performance improvement plans as necessary.
• Monitor and promptly report on financial performance and key business drivers to EUNA Regional Controlling (e.g., MSE / MSO, Quarterly Closing, Monthly Performance Review).
• Support North America Controlling Team in the preparation of 2026 Annual Business Plan

Qualifications:

• High conceptual and analytical skills, accuracy, and patience. Intensive knowledge of profitability analysis and innovative controlling concepts
• Self-confident, strong initiative as well as assertiveness. Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Constructive and pragmatic enjoys interdisciplinary cooperation on national and international level.
• Fluent written and spoken English .
• Very good Excel, B.one, Power BI and Power Point knowledge.
