Del Monte Foods in Modesto is seeking reliable and hardworking General Laborers to join our food manufacturing team. This position involves a variety of tasks including packaging, sorting, sanitation, and operating machinery to support production. Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, follow safety protocols, and perform physically demanding work.

• Assist with food processing and packaging
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Inspect and remove foreign material or defects from product flow
• General housekeeping within a food processing and packing environment
• Performs general housekeeping by removing debris from work areas and equipment using appropriate tools or cleaning methods
• Help monitor process flow in assigned area(s) and report any issues to crew leader
• Follow all safety and quality procedures.
• Work as part of a team to meet production goals.
• All other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• A willingness to work various shifts, including weekends and overtime.
• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
