Our client is looking for a Design Program Manager to join their team.
This is a 12-month, full-time assignment that requires 3 days on-site in Los Angeles, CA.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 8+ years of experience planning, design development, EGD, or project management on workplace projects
- Experience working within Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam, and completing CADs
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive creative consistency in workplace environments that foster creativity and innovation
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously through all phases, maintaining consistent timelines, communication with project managers and cross functional teams
- Review and markup construction and architectural design details, brand-related drawings, FFE and lighting specifications to ensure design elements are cohesive to project intent and consistent with brand's culture and brand values
- Remain up to date and current on all design knowledge, trends, processes, and philosophies- specifically around Inclusive Design and Sustainability Design
- Maintain strong partnerships with program managers to maintain project budgets and deadlines
The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $70-$86/hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
