Health Solutions Vice President - Private Equity

The Health Solutions Vice President - Private Equity will help drive results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our Health Solutions group in Miami, Tampa or Jacksonville, FL.

This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from the Aon office

What the day will look like

As a leader of our Private Equity hub, no two days will look the same but they will include a variety of work consisting of:

• Working directly with other internal stakeholders to drive new business and retain existing business
• Leading health and benefits new business pursuits
• Leading client teams by helping them solve complex client problems
• Working with internal teams to develop new solutions specifically for our private equity clients
• Collaborating with other Hub Leaders to bring the best of Aon to private equity firms and their portfolio companies
• Developing relationships with private equity deal teams and C-suite teams at the portfolio companies

Skills and experience that will lead to success

• Seven plus years of experience in Health and Benefits
• Seven plus years of experience in a HR consulting firm or professional services firm
• Excellent communications skills (written and verbal)
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects at one time
• Project management and strong analytical ability
• Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Working knowledge of benefits and services offered and value to clients
• Strong presentation skills

Preferred Experience:

• Project management certification is a plus

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree (mathematics, finance or economics preferred) in related field or equivalent experience

Pay Transparency Laws:

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $175,000 to $225,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of Miami, FL. The actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.

This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
