1 Year Application Window Open date: May 16, 2025 Next review date: Friday, May 30, 2025 at 11:59pm (Pacific Time) Final date: Monday, Sep 29, 2025 at 11:59pm (Pacific Time) Position description The Nicotine and Cannabis Policy Center (NCPC) is looking to hire a part-time (50%) assistant specialist to help with research study findings and assist with day-to-day management of numerous NCPC grant funded research. This role will include working on several grant funded research projects on nicotine, tobacco and cannabis involving various UC and CSU research campuses. Duties and responsibilities of the assistant specialist will include but are not limited to: * Assists in the development of research study materials with fellow researchers at UCM and other UC campuses working on various grant funded projects. Understands and develops research recruitment forms, consent forms, assists in developing in-person and online surveys, while also assisting in participant screening and scheduling for research studies. Is able to accurately translate all developed research materials into Spanish for Spanish speaking participants. Qualifications Basic qualifications
* A Master's degree in public health, sociology, psychology, public policy, or related field. Preferred qualifications
