Location: This position will be located in our La Grange, KY office (on-site)

About the Opportunity

At Machinify, we're constantly reimagining what's possible in our industry-creating disruptively simple, powerfully clear ways to maximize our clients' financial outcomes today and drive down healthcare costs tomorrow. As part of the Finance Team team, you will, as a Finance Processor, be responsible for assisting with the daily recovery check handling process and related tasks.

What you'll do

• Assist with the daily assignment and processing of recovery checks
• Summarize daily check totals
• File recovery checks and daily reconciliations
• Assist in other recovery processing tasks, as needed

What experience you bring (Role Requirements)

• Strong attention to detail with a bias for accuracy
• Problem-solving skills
• Effective written communication, primarily through email, and verbal communication with internal customers
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency with ten-key and data input using a standard keyboard
• Knowledge of finance or accounting is not required

Pay range: $20.00 per hour USD

This is a non-exempt position.
