About This Role Join CAE's mission to elevate aviation safety and training excellence. We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Regulatory Administrator to support our Part 135 operations and ensure compliance with FAA regulations. This role is vital in maintaining the integrity of our training programs and documentation systems across a global network of aviation professionals. Essential Job Functions
- Conduct comprehensive audits of Part 135 operators, including Operations Specifications, Training Programs, SOPs, Checklists, and personnel qualifications.
- Manage and maintain documentation for 80+ operator certificates, ensuring compliance with FAA regulations.
- Oversee onboarding of new operators, including receipt and verification of manuals and required documents.
- Monitor training schedules, run reservation reports, and manage the 135 training dashboard.
- Audit incoming documents for accuracy and regulatory compliance; resolve discrepancies and conflict reports.
- Maintain systems for tracking instructor, Check Airman, and TCE training records and document statuses.
- Support 24-month operator audits and notify stakeholders of instructor changes, assisting with replacements.
- Identify and follow up on compliance issues; cross-train within the department to support process improvements.
- Maintain a suspense system to ensure timely updates to training manuals and checklists.
- Utilize digital record-keeping systems to compile data and generate reports.
- Participate in compliance and safety meetings; support Safety Management System initiatives.
- Serve as a liaison between operators and internal teams, providing clarification and support.
- Document and maintain procedures for all compliance-related responsibilities.
Education & Experience Requirements
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) required; College Degree preferred
- Aviation knowledge and experience working with US FAA Regulations for Part 135 operations a plus
- Knowledge of FAR Parts 61, 91, 121, 135 Appendix E & F, CAE's Operations Manual and Knowledge of FAA Order 8400.10 preferred
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of all applicable FAA regulations

- Ability to possess and maintain a great amount of attention to detail
- Ability to work with modern communications tool such as MS Communicator, Webex, dial-in conference calls, SharePoint, internet, etc.
